Ahmad Bradshaw had heated exchange with Tom Coughlin
Giants fans were really unsatisfied with the running game yesterday. Ahmad Bradshaw must have been really unhappy with it.
On the sidelines in the second half of yesterday’s tilt with Washington, Bradshaw was seen getting into a shouting match with Giants coach Tom Coughlin.
After the game, Coughlin said it was “between he and I.”
Bradshaw did not speak with reporters after the team’s win.
The Giants did not rely too heavily on their running game yesterday. Bradshaw, who was questionable going into the contest with his reoccurring foot issues, only carried the rock 12 times for 43 yards. It was surprising because he had been coming off of a 100- and 200-yard performances in the last two games. It wasn’t surprising because the Redskins were ranked 8th v. the rush entering the match-up.
As an offense, the Giants only attempted 17 rushes by backs. Bradshaw and Andre Brown combined for 60 yards, though both found the end zone.
