WR Hakeem Nicks (foot) did not participate in the Giants’ practice at TIMEX today. DE Adewale Ojomo (hamstring) also did not work. CB Prince Amukamara (ankle) and LB Keith Rivers (hamstring) were limited.

DT Marvin Austin (back), C David Baas (hip) OL James Brewer (back) and CB Michael Coe (hamstring) were all in pads and practiced.

Rookie RB David Wilson, who was benched after fumbling against the Cowboys last week, appears to be working his way back into Tom Coughlin’s good graces. The coach said he spoke to Wilson about fumbling this week and he has responded well.

“He’s anxious to do right,” Coughlin revealed. “He’s a little out of the doghouse.” 

When asked how Wilson could regain his trust, Coughlin’s response was succinct:

“Ball security.”
