Giants decide against raising Metlife ticket prices

Ticket prices for New York Giants games at Metlife Stadium will remain the same for the fourth year in a row, according to the National Football League.

Parking costs, however, will be raised from $5 to $30, the team announced to fans via email Friday.

In 2013, the Giants will host Green Bay, Minnesota, Denver, Oakland and Seattle at Metlife Stadium, as well as the usual suspects, NFL East rivals Dallas, Philadelphia and Washington.

“Thank you once again for your enthusiastic and loyal support of the New York Football Giants,” the team said in the e-mail. “We look forward to seeing you at MetLife Stadium in 2013.”

There is no evidence to suggest the New York Jets, who share Metlife Stadium with the Giants, will raise ticket prices at this time.
