DT Rocky Bernard (quad) and S Kenny Phillips have be declared OUT of tomorrow’s game in Dallas and will not be traveling with the team.

Phillips has not played since Week 3 at Carolina, and Bernard has been out since the Week 4 loss in Philadelphia. Both players are progressing according to Tom Coughlin.

LB Jacquian Williams (knee) is also out for Sunday.
