USA Today’s Mike Garafolo tweeted shortly after that Nicks was doubtful for the game, as he was experiencing swelling in both his foot and knee.

For Giants fans and Nicks’ fantasy owners alike, this is not a good sign. Nicks, however, was not scheduled to practice today. He did take part in yesterday’s practice.
Ramses Barden, who shined with nine receptions for 138 yards last Thursday v. the Panthers, would likely pick up most of the workload with Nicks out. Domenik Hixon would also see time in the rotation.
