Giants Injury Update: Beckum OUT; Phillips, Jacquian Doubtful
Giants TE Travis Beckum, who had not appeared on any injury report prior to this afternoon, has been ruled out of Monday’s game in Washington. He did not practice today due to a knee issue. Whether it is the same knee he injured in the Super Bowl is unknown.
Per Rotoworld.com…….Beckum has played in three games this season after being activated off PUP prior to Week 9. He tore his ACL in last year’s Super Bowl and hasn’t registered on the stat sheet this season. As the back-up to Martellus Bennett, Beckum has zero fantasy value.
TE Travis Beckum’s knee issue was described to me as “soreness”. It doesn’t sound like he’s re-injured his ACL. #NYG
