ALERT: No Rail Service For This Week’s Giants-Steelers Game
NJ Transit has cancelled rail service to the Meadowlands Sports Complex for this week’s game between the Giants and the Pittsburgh Steelers at MetLife Stadium.
Pat Hanlon, the Giants’ Senior Vice President of Communications, informed followers via Twitter that bus service will be provided to the stadium from Port Authority to ease the traffic and parking burden.

It is estimated that 10,000 fans use the rail link each game. Hanlon also said that the plan is to add more buses from NYC. Travelers who take the train to games normally drive or take NJ Transit trains to Secaucus and jump on the rail link there. Whether or not buses will be available from there has not been announced as of yet.
