As per Mike Garafolo, Giants UFA WR Domenik Hixon has received an offer from the Detroit Lions, but is reportedly waiting to see who else comes knocking before he accepts:

From Rotoworld: Detroit made Hixon an offer he can refuse. That could change as early as Wednesday, but the Lions shouldn’t be Hixon’s only suitor. He’s just unlikely to get the money he’s looking for. Hixon would be a nice addition to the Lions’ terrible receiver corps.

If Hixon is waiting for the Giants to lob in an offer, he may be waiting awhile. The Giants like Hixon for his versatility and toughness, but aren’t happy with his history of injuries. If they do make a play for him, it won’t be until they settle some other business first. He made $615k last season.
