After releasing Chris Canty yesterday, the Giants re-signed another veteran defensive tackle, Shaun Rogers.

Rogers was expected to contribute significantly along the Giants’ defensive line last season, but the 13-year veteran was placed on injured reserve on Aug. 31 with a blood clot.
