Bradshaw Drawing Interest; Osi Visits Falcons
Free agent news regarding Giants’ UFAs this afternoon….
As per Rotoworld….Ahmad Bradshaw (foot surgeries) has shed his walking boot, but is waiting until he’s close to full health to begin making visits.
Speaking in a Wednesday radio interview, Bradshaw also said “there’s a chance” he re-signs with the Giants, and that the Jets have expressed interest. He’s holding out hope of signing as a No. 1 running back. In addition to the Jets, Bradshaw has also drawn interest from the Steelers and Packers.
Former Giants DE Osi Umenyiora has been rumored to be on the Miami Dolphins’ radar. Apparently the Atlanta Falcons are interested as well.
Osi Umenyiora has made his first visit. It was today with the Atlanta Falcons. No word on a signing yet.—

The Giants could use a healthy Bradshaw if Andre Brown takes longer than expected to rehab from broken fibula (and signs his tender). It looks like Bradshaw is the driver of this chatter, however. He is still a risk and most likely will catch on elsewhere.
Osi can still rush the passer, but is not going to get anywhere near what he thought he’d get. Osi is just one of a group of veteran DEs on the market. Elvis Dumervil, Dwight Freeney and John Abraham are all still looking for a place to land, too. The prices are dropping….
It doesn’t look good for K Lawrence Tynes…the 49ers were said to be very interest in him but they have decided to go with another veteran – Phil Dawson.
